Steps

1. First, start with a cool charm necklace. You can buy these almost anywhere, and they give a really cool feeling to any outfit! Or a cute shell surfer one.
   
2. Get some nice underwear! Try lacy French knickers or cute shorts. Make sure they fit nicely and are comfortable!
   
3. Buy a floaty gypsy skirt. They are ideal for summer and will look lovely! If your charm necklace has green on it, buy a green skirt, and so on. A cute mini works too.
   
4. Alternatively, get some cute capris. If you are tall, short shorts are a really hot way to show off your legs.
   
5. Buy some shoes that are flat. You can wear some flip flops that match your skirt if you want, or some cute pumps. Make sure they fit nicely and don't rub you.
   
6. Finally, buy a plain vest top (tank top) that goes nicely with the colour of your skirt. If you don't know what colour to buy, get a black top (unless you are wearing a black skirt, then buy a white top).
   
7. Tees from Hollister or American Eagle are cute too. Don't get one of the bratty ones, they're just stupid.
